This individual will be responsible for coordinating and reporting all aspects of the Sungrown hardware sampling and testing program.
Additionally, this individual will be responsible for working with the staff at Sungrown.
The hardware specialist will also be trained on all aspects of cannabis oil extraction, post processing, and cartridge/disposable filling, as well as hardware aspects and nuances.
This position requires a high level of independent judgment and action based on direction given from their supervisor.
Furthermore, this person needs to be able to travel and complete all assignments in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities Organize, coordinate, perform, and report on all oil filling projects - This includes performing daily/weekly operations through Monday Boards and external assets/sheets Receive, mail, and deliver all hardware to and from suppliers Organize, coordinate, perform, and report on all designated filling machines that are being tested, as well as being trained to manage and operate machines related to testing initiatives and throughput Conduct, organize, and report on all surveys regarding performance and QC of hardware Source hardware, as directed by supervisor Uphold company policies & procedures while maintaining high quality standards established by the company Other duties as assigned to maintain an efficient work environment Be an advocate of the Sungrown employee handbook Essential Job Functions Track all oil filling projects assigned by supervisor Coordinate, store, and track all different oil used for oil filling tests Understand and use different oil filling machine, in accordance with SOPs developed by Sungrown Work with Sungrown team to fill all oil for testing, as directed by supervisor Create and update reports for oil filling tests Develop and execute plans for mailing and receiving hardware to and from suppliers Organize plans for completing and reporting developed surveys regarding the QC of oil and hardware Communicate in a positive and effective manner with co-workers, managers and/or visitors Utilize multiple lines of communication, including but not limited to email, telephone, and text message Be prepared and present for weekly meetings with Sungrown staff Be prepared and present for weekly meetings with Sungrown supervisor Provide monthly activity reports Accomplish work responsibilities with minimal supervision Operate within state compliance and company policies and SOPs Run errands as needed Travel as needed Other tasks as assigned by supervisor Required Skills and Qualifications Associate's Degree Must be at least 21 years of age Strong knowledge of different cannabis oil types (distillate, resin, rosin, etc) Ability to work long hours Ability to travel with short notice Proficient in software applications (Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Monday, etc) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Benefits and Employment Package A competitive compensation package of $25-$33/hour, based on your skills and experience.
