Responsibilities:
- Maintain and balance general ledger accounts - Prepare and review financial statements and reports - Process accounts payable and receivable transactions - Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data - Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities - Conduct or assist with month-end and year-end close processes - Prepare tax returns and assist with audits - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role - Solid understanding of basic financial concepts - Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks - Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation - Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgeting processes - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Note:
