services we provide and what each one entails) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Provide packaging services and ship packages Cross-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Use POS to conduct transactions for shipments and payments Answer phones and help customers Track packages and resolve issues Provide mailbox services, sort and file mail and packages for boxholders Printing services Skills On the job training Understanding of the retail sales process Familiarity with typing and using a computer Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Basic math skills Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts Work Remotely No Job Type:
