hours/weekend) Eastmont Lanes is looking for a friendly, high-energy, dependable, self-starter that will thrive in a very high paced and demanding work environment.
Our Bowling Alley Support Staff is an exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to be in the thick of customer service.
This position will be utilized in the Arcade, Caf and most definitely on the Bowling Alley side at Front Desk.
Essential duties include actively assisting and greeting customers, monitoring guest flow through our center, Point of Sale (cash register), answering phones, following up with customer inquiries timely and courteously, maintaining center cleanliness, bussing tables and washing dishes, retrieving pins from the gutter, assisting other employees as needed, and so much more.
Bowling knowledge and customer service are a plus but we will train the right person.
Bi-Lingual is a plus.
Requirements:
21 years of age Positive can do attitude High level of trust and integrity Self-motivated Customer service experience Excellent verbal, written and phone etiquette skills Cash Handling Experience (preferred) Point of Sales Computer Experience (preferred) Working holidays Reliable transportation Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with changing needs.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Rate of Pay:
Starts at $16.
