Ideal applicants will have outstanding customer service and communications skills, as well as a helpful disposition.
Experience troubleshooting internet, television, and phone service preferred, but not necessary.
Bi-lingual encouraged but not required.
EOE Technical Support Representative Job Duties:
Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding client through corrective steps.
Improves customer relations by entering and maintaining electronic documentation.
Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
Increases knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Maintains a professional relationship with customers, co-workers and outside resources.
Qualities/Traits:
Skilled in working independently, as well as part of a team.
Self-Motivated Critical thinker Friendly and helpful
Experience:
Networking, Routers, VoIP Operating Systems:
Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10.
Mac OSX a plus.
Familiarity with Email Clients, such as Windows Live Mail, Outlook, etc.
Compensation depending on experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
