Qualifications:
- High school diploma - Must be able to pass a background check -Proficiency in computers - Must have a valid driver's license - Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively - Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication - Multilingual skills are a plus (not required) - Excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide clear and accurate information to the customer regarding all thing's vehicle licensing - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues - Collect all necessary fees from customer and provide accurate change in return - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Job Type:
