- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers - Ensure production goals are met and quality standards are maintained - Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary - Train and develop production staff to improve performance and efficiency - Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes - Maintain accurate production records and reports
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment required - Strong knowledge of warehouse, assembly, micrometer, precision measuring instruments, and forklift operations - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures This position offers competitive pay and benefits.
