Position (1) Evening/Closing Shift - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and/or Friday Position (2) Mid/Afternoon/Evening/Closing Shift - Saturday & Sunday and/or Friday Friday shift is yet to be determined if it will be hooked to Position (1) or Position (2).
Potential for other shifts and fill-in for the right person.
Eastmont Lanes is looking for a confident, friendly, high-energy and dependable person who understands the importance of good customer service.
This position is essential in making sure our customers are welcomed and taken care of during their stay.
Essential duties include:
assisting and greeting customers, assigning and cashing out bowling lanes, managing a waitlist, answering phones, maintaining center cleanliness, retrieving pins from the gutter, communicating with the mechanic and assisting other employees as needed.

Bowling knowledge is a plus but we will train the right person.
Bi-Lingual is a plus.
This position often requires standing for long periods of time.
Requirements:
21 years of age Must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure and be able to handle a wide range of personalities, including children.
Positive can do attitude, team-work mentality.
Customer service experience required Must be able to handle conflict resolution and problem-solve emerging situations.
Cash Handling Experience required Able to run basic functions on a computer Available holidays Must have reliable transportation Must be able to show up on time, every time for shifts.
Ability to follow directions.
Rate of Pay:
Starts at $19.
