General Maintenance Mechanic/Custodian

Rosemount Specialty Products LLC, an industry leader in Pressure and Temperature Measurement would like to add to our team. RSP manufactures highly accurate, state-of-the-art pressure instrumentation, pressure transmitters, temperature probes and sensors for some of the world's most vital and technologically-advanced industries.

Performs general maintenance and cleaning to equipment, systems, or facilities in support of plant operations and site up-keep.
Full-time position hours will be 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Mon- Fri (Flexible, occasional weekends)
Performs routine general maintenance installation, or repair to equipment, processes or facilities' which may include fire detection and suppression systems.
Complete all scheduled cleaning tasks as defined per facility cleaning check sheets.
High level of proficiency and ability to complete assigned tasks with little to no supervision and follow-up.
Responds to general maintenance emergency requests to insure efficient plant operation or to eliminate unsafe conditions.
Works from drawings or specifications to complete plant, office, or project rearrangements.
Responds to a wide variety of tasks which include work orders, projects and preventative maintenance.
May manage all facets of site upkeep to include, snow removal, lawn care, parking lot maintenance, tree care, and cleanliness etc.
Must be willing to work at multiple facilities as required.
Performs work of a miscellaneous nature and is available for emergency call-in as required.
Education: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED); OR 1800 hours of trade school.
Experience: Three years of relevant experience preferred OR Zero (0) year experience (with 1800 hours of trade school) plus knowledge of industrial tools and equipment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
