Sales Engineer I

Rosemount SpecialtyProducts LLC, An Industry Leader in Pressure and Temperature Measurement wouldlike to find a capable individual to join our Sales team. RSP manufactureshighly accurate, state-of-the-art pressure instrumentation, pressuretransmitters, temperature probes and sensors for some of the world's most vitaland technologically-advanced industries.

Description
To drive new sales by prospecting for new projects in the designated sector.
To increase revenue by providing superior customer service and technical support to Rosemount sales representatives and their customers in a team based environment.
Preferred Experience or Knowledge:
Program Management skills.
Outside Sales experience.
ITAR Experience a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools a plus.
Aerospace Experience preferred.
Domestic and International travel may be required.
Responsibilities
Prospect for new projects with new customers and within our existing customers.
Provides total support to Rosemount sales representatives and their customers by providing technical support, pre-sale, and post-sales activities. Act as single point of contact for customers and sales representative. Provides advanced level of technical support on all Rosemount products. Provides general application assistance. Provides full customer service and order management. Takes ownership to understand the customer's needs. Effectively offers product alternatives for customers based on clear application requirements to best meet customer requirements and to support sales objectives. Acts as information resource for other Inside Sales Representatives.
Maximize scope of supply. Recognizes that a customer of one product could also purchase other Rosemount products. Demonstrates proactive selling of Rosemount products. Identifies opportunities for expanding the sale through additional options and complimentary products.
Supports Rosemount sales force, specifically account goals and strategies. Communicates regularly with outside sales force regarding sales activity. Generates leads for sales force through active listening and probing for customer requirements and opportunities. Maintains Customer databases. Participates in customer visits with sales representatives to maintain/develop strong supplier/customer relationships. Provides regional input to assist sales representatives in developing strategies and objectives.
Supports Rosemount & divisional growth programs and initiatives. Represents Rosemount policies and practices properly within communications to customers. Identifies and communicates product/service improvements based on customer feedback/experience. Participates in continuous improvement programs.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Information
Domestic and International travel may be required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering orrelated technical degree.
Two (2) Years of related applicable experience.
Must be a U.S. Person.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
